It’s wedding day for Hayley (Eleanor Tomlinson) and Roberto (Tiziano Caputo). They’re getting married in a beautiful hotel in Rome, the weather is ideal, and their family and friends are there to help celebrate. Hayley’s big brother Jack (Sam Clafin) will walk her down the aisle, though Jack is a little preoccupied. He discovers that Dina (Olivia Munn), an American reporter who he once had a crush on, is single and is at the wedding. Big bro isn’t the only one preoccupied, Hayley’s old boyfriend crashes the wedding and mayhem ensues. So many things could go awry at the wedding. Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again- Kids’ Movie Review

“Mamma Mia, here I go again. My my, how can I resist you?” ABBA songs are woven throughout this whimsical musical comedy. Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again takes place five years after the original film Mamma Mia. The story follows the life of Sophie (Amanda Seyfried), who is planning the grand opening of a bed-and -breakfast in Greece. Sadly, her mother, Donna (Meryl Streep), had died a year earlier, but it was originally Donna’s dream to open a hotel on the Greek isle of Kalokairi, and it is Sophie’s goal to fulfill her mother’s dream. However, Sophie faces many challenges, though she often thinks of mother and we see many flashbacks of young Donna (Lily James) in her twenty’s. We see  Donna’s inspiration to open a quaint hotel in Greece, and we see her three romances along the way. Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again is the sequel/prequel to 2008’s romantic musical Mamma Mia!
